Deshalb nutzen viele Menschen in diesem Land einen VPN, der den Zugang zu solchen Seiten erlaubt. Bedauerlicherweise sieht es aktuell aber ganz danach aus, als w\u00fcrde die russische Regierung bald aktiv gegen VPNs vorgehen.<\/p>\n<p>Einem Bericht der <a class=\"golem-external-url\" href=\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/20231003\/vpn-1900174800.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> russischen Nachrichtenagentur RIA<\/a> zufolge will die russische Kommunikationsaufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde Roskomnadsor ab dem 1. M\u00e4rz beinahe alle VPN-Dienste in Russland sperren. Wenn ein VPN den Zugang zu Seiten au\u00dferhalb von Russland erlaubt, dann m\u00f6chte die Regierung dieses Angebot wohl schlie\u00dfen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei dann auf VPNs, die den Nutzern den Zugang zu den Seiten von Meta gew\u00e4hren. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Facebook oder auch Instagram. Laut Senator Artem Sheikin wird Meta als eine <em>extremistische Organisation<\/em> eingestuft.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8222;Ab dem 1. M\u00e4rz 2024 wird eine Verordnung in Kraft treten, nach der VPN-Dienste, die Zugang zu in Russland verbotenen Seiten bieten, von Roskomnadsor auf allen M\u00e4rkten gesperrt werden&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Ich m\u00f6chte anmerken, dass es besonders wichtig ist, den Zugang der B\u00fcrger zu den Produkten von Meta, die als extremistische Organisation anerkannt ist, zu beschr\u00e4nken&#8220;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Scheinbar m\u00f6chte Russland erst einmal die Shops dazu zwingen, den Vertrieb der VPN-Apps zu stoppen. Wie das Lang gegen Menschen mit bereits installierten Apps vorgehen m\u00f6chte, ist aktuell noch nicht bekannt. Allerdings kann man sicher sein, dass es auch daf\u00fcr einen Ansatz geben wird. Schlie\u00dflich kann die Regierung dort nicht dulden, wenn Menschen sich frei die Informationen aus anderen Teilen der Welt holen k\u00f6nnen.
