• Advancing equity and civil rights<\/strong> by providing guidance to landlords and federal contractors to help avoid AI algorithms furthering discrimination, and creating best practices on the appropriate role of AI in the justice system, including when it\u2019s used in sentencing, risk assessments and crime forecasting.<\/li>\n
• Protecting consumers overall<\/strong> by directing the Department of Health and Human Services to create a program to evaluate potentially harmful AI-related health-care practices and creating resources on how educators can responsibly use AI tools.<\/li>\n
• Supporting workers<\/strong> by producing a report on the potential labor market implications of AI and studying the ways the federal government could support workers affected by a disruption to the labor market.<\/li>\n
• Promoting innovation and competition<\/strong> by expanding grants for AI research in areas such as climate change and modernizing the criteria for highly skilled immigrant workers with key expertise to stay in the U.S.<\/li>\n
• Working with international partners<\/strong> to implement AI standards around the world.<\/li>\n
• Developing guidance for federal agencies\u2019 use and procurement<\/strong> of AI and speeding up the government\u2019s hiring of workers skilled in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Auch wenn diese Anweisung von Biden eine recht umfangreiche Kontrolle von AI darstellt, so schw\u00e4chelt das Ganze aber noch immer in einigen Bereichen. Daher hat er in seiner Rede auch den Kongress der USA darum gebeten, ebenfalls aktiv zu werden und neue Richtlinien f\u00fcr diese Technologie zu erlassen. Dadurch sollen Bedenken im Bereich der Privatsph\u00e4re, des Urheberrechts und des Trainings von Personal beseitigt werden.<\/p>\n
