Dies hat ein Leipziger Richter nun bei der Verurteilung eines Mitglieds der Kerntruppe der Betreiber von kino.to festgestellt. Wer illegale Streams im Internet nutzt, macht sich strafbar, da rechtsverletzende Verbreitung und Vervielf\u00e4ltigung stattfindet. Diese Auffassung vertritt Amtsrichter Mathias Winderlich bei der Verurteilung eines Mitglieds der kino.to-Kerngruppe in Leipzig. [&#8230;] Der fr\u00fchere Mitarbeiter des illegalen Internet-Filmportals kino.to war vom Amtsgericht Leipzig vergangene Woche zu drei Jahren und f\u00fcnf Monaten Haft verurteilt worden. Die Richter sprachen den 47-J\u00e4hrigen der gemeinschaftlichen und gewerbsm\u00e4\u00dfigen unerlaubten Verwertung von urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzten Werken in mehr als 1,1 Millionen F\u00e4llen schuldig. Das Strafma\u00df gegen den in Zwickau lebenden Mann ist das h\u00f6chste in den bisherigen vier Verfahren gegen ehemalige Mitarbeiter von kino.to. Richter Winderlich sagte in der Urteilsbegr\u00fcndung, es m\u00fcsse mit aller Deutlichkeit gezeigt werden, dass Urheberrechtsverletzungen nicht geduldet w\u00fcrden.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Das ist doch mal eine Ansage!
