Jahrestags der Aufhebung des Paragrafen 175 die strafrechtliche Verfolgung Homosexueller gelobt. Am Donnerstagmorgen schrieb der ledige Christdemokrat, der auch Beisitzender des Landesvorstands der Jungen Union und frisch abgew\u00e4hlter Ortsb\u00fcrgermeister von Herschbach ist: &#8222;Vor 20 Jahren wurde die Strafbarkeit der Homosexualit\u00e4t, \u00a7 175 StGB, abgeschafft. Ich wei\u00df nicht, ob das ein Grund zum Feiern ist. In einem Seminar fragte mich mein Strafrechtsprof mal, ob dies mein Ernst sei? Ich sagte nat\u00fcrlich: klar! \u2013 in meinem StGB immer noch vorhanden\u2026und bleibt es auch!&#8220;.
