{"id":32562,"date":"2015-07-02T21:19:38","date_gmt":"2015-07-02T19:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stevinho.justnetwork.eu\/?p=32562"},"modified":"2015-07-02T21:19:38","modified_gmt":"2015-07-02T19:19:38","slug":"panoramafreiheit-bedroht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stevinho.justnetwork.eu\/2015\/07\/02\/panoramafreiheit-bedroht\/","title":{"rendered":"Panoramafreiheit bedroht"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cercle.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/eu-parlament-540x304.jpg?resize=579%2C324\" width=\"579\" height=\"324\" class=\"alignnone\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Folgender Leserbrief von Community-Mitglied<strong> Florian<\/strong> erreichte mich letzte Woche:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;In Zeiten vom politischen Sommerloch und der drohenden Griechenpleite, versucht mal wieder unsere liebe EU still und heimlich im K\u00e4mmerlein ein Gesetz zu \u00e4ndern, dass uns als auch dich (soweit ich es verstehe) als soziales Netzwerk einiges kosten k\u00f6nnte!<\/p>\n<p>Momentan steht der Antrag zu \u00c4nderung der &#8222;Panoramafreiheit&#8220; zum Entscheid am 9. Juli in diesem Jahr an, das in den meisten EU-L\u00e4ndern einem erlaubt (Belgien z.B. nicht, au\u00dfer dass Geb\u00e4ude auf dem Bild, ist, lediglich Beiwerk), im Urlaub Geb\u00e4ude zu fotografieren bzw. ein Urlaubs-Selfie zu machen und auf Facebook oder z.B. deinen Blog zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte die EU mit der negativen \u00c4nderung des Gesetztes durchkommen &#8230;<br \/>\nw\u00e4re rein theoretisch, jeder User, der ein Urlaubsbild mit nicht vorher genehmigten Schreiben macht (z.B.
