Doch was bedeutet das Urteil nun f\u00fcr Nutzer und Unternehmen [&#8230;] In einer ersten Stellungnahme sprach Schrems von einem &#8222;Meilenstein&#8220;, was Online-Datenschutz betrifft. &#8222;Das Urteil zieht eine klare Linie. Es stelle klar, dass massenhafte \u00dcberwachung unsere fundamentalen Rechte verletzt.&#8220; Ein angemessener Rechtsschutz m\u00fcsse m\u00f6glich sein, unterstrich Schrems. Die Entscheidung zeige auch auf, dass Regierungen und Wirtschaft nicht einfach die fundamentalen Datenschutzrechte ignorieren k\u00f6nnen, sondern die Gesetze befolgen m\u00fcssen [&#8230;] Die Entscheidung k\u00f6nnte nicht nur f\u00fcr Facebook, sondern f\u00fcr rund 4.000 US-Firmen gro\u00dfe Konsequenzen haben: US-Unternehmen m\u00fcssten in Zukunft ihre Daten auf EU-Servern speichern oder die Datensicherheit im Einzelfall genau pr\u00fcfen lassen. Das betrifft auch kleine Unternehmen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ich h\u00e4tte dazu gerne mal eine Einsch\u00e4tzung der Juristen in unserer Community.
