Anbei findet Ihr den zahlreich gew\u00fcnschten Trainingsplan f\u00fcr das Projekt Hulk<\/strong>. Hierbei handelt es sich um den Einstieg, also die ersten zwei Wochen. Er dient dazu, den K\u00f6rper an die Belastung zu gew\u00f6hnen und ordentlich Kalorien zu verbrennen. Das Split-Training startet dann in der dritten Woche. Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Supplementplan folgen.<\/p>\n

Wir haben den Plan nochmal \u00fcberarbeitet und die Belastung ein wenig reduziert. Danke f\u00fcr Euer Feedback dazu!<\/p>\n
