Ich mache jetzt seit ca. 8-9 Wochen Bodybuilding (mindestens drei Mal die Woche). Seit ca. drei Wochen habe ich massive R\u00fcckenschmerzen und immer das Gef\u00fchl, dass es nicht mehr lange dauert, bis irgendwas Schlimmeres in meinem R\u00fccken passiert. Teilweise komme ich vom Sport und habe ein heftiges Ziehen im R\u00fccken, das \u00e4u\u00dferst schmerzhaft ist. Trotz der Tatsache, dass sich hier mittlerweile ordentlich Muskulatur aufgebaut haben m\u00fcsste, d\u00fcrfte der Grund f\u00fcr die Schmerzen wohl eine \u00dcberbelastung sein.<\/p>\n

Ich hatte schon immer Probleme mit dem R\u00fccken, was vor allem an meiner Leistungssport-Vergangenheit liegt: Zwanzig Jahre Tennis auf h\u00f6herem Niveau und einen chronischen Haltungsschaden haben ein fettes „S“ auf dem R\u00f6ntgenbild hinterlassen. Das letzte Mal hatte ich solche Probleme, als ich mit dem Golfen abgefangen habe. Da man am Anfang, wenn man den Sport lernt, den Schl\u00e4ger\/Schwung sehr rei\u00dft und quasi aus dem R\u00fccken schl\u00e4gt, sind hier nat\u00fcrlich auch Probleme vorprogrammiert. Ich habe das damals mit einem R\u00fcckeng\u00fcrtel in den Griff bekommen.<\/p>\n

Nachdem ich vor einigen Tagen sogar beim entspannten „im-Bett-liegen“ R\u00fcckenschmerzen hatte, erinnerte ich mich an meinen R\u00fcckeng\u00fcrtel und habe ihn heute zum ersten Mal beim Bodybuilding getragen. Und siehe da: Ich komme heute ohne Schmerzen vom Sport. Auch wenn die Beschwerden nat\u00fcrlich so kurzfristig noch nicht komplett verschwunden sind, glaube ich, dass mir dieser G\u00fcrtel erneut den „Arsch retten“ wird. <\/p>\n

Im Grunde ist es keine gro\u00dfe Sache: Der G\u00fcrtel<\/a> wird einfach unter dem Shirt getragen. Er stabilisiert die R\u00fcckenmuskulatur und spendet gleichzeitig W\u00e4rme. Dar\u00fcber hinaus besuche ich jetzt wieder regelm\u00e4\u00dfig meine Masseurin, die echt magische H\u00e4nde hat und es wirklich schafft, jedes Mal den Schmerz rauszumassieren. <\/p>\n

Ich schreibe diesen Blogeintrag, um Leuten zu helfen, die auch mit R\u00fcckenproblemen beim Sport zu k\u00e4mpfen haben. Wie sieht’s bei Euch aus?
