Virtuelle K\u00fcrbisse und Kartoffeln k\u00f6nnen ein Verm\u00f6gen wert sein. Der erst drei Jahre alte Spiele-Anbieter Zynga – bekannt f\u00fcr sein Facebook-Spiel „Farmville“ – wird nach Informationen des „Wall Street Journal“ mittlerweile auf 7 bis 9 Mrd. Dollar taxiert […] Die Zynga-Spiele sind kostenlos, zahlen m\u00fcssen Nutzer nur f\u00fcr virtuelle Extras, bei „Farmville“ etwa bessere Landmaschinen oder besonderes Saatgut. Damit habe das Unternehmen im vergangenen Jahr 400 Mio. Dollar verdient – bei einem Umsatz von 850 Mio., schrieb die Zeitung.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Irgendwie krass, das mal so zu lesen, oder? Jeder Facebook-User hat irgendwie schon mal\u00a0 kurz oder lang in Farmville rumgeklickt – aber wer h\u00e4tte dabei geglaubt, dass das Konzept so ein Erfolg wird. Trotzdem gibt es auch durchaus skeptische und vorsichtige Stimmen:<\/p>\n

Skeptiker warnen bereits vor einer „Internet-Blase 2.0“. Die erste Internet-Blase war zum Jahr 2001 geplatzt, weil sich die \u00fcberh\u00f6hten Gesch\u00e4ftserwartungen bei vielen Unternehmen nicht erf\u00fcllten. Einige Aktion\u00e4re mussten damals Totalverluste hinnehmen; viele Kleinanleger auch in Deutschland zogen sich nach den bitteren Erfahrungen ganz von der B\u00f6rse zur\u00fcck.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Bleibt also abzuwarten, ob sich die kleinen (gro\u00dfen) Facebook Spiele durchsetzen werden, bzw. ob die Erfolgsgeschichte weitergeht. Man kann auf jeden Fall nicht abstreiten, dass die Leute ihren Spa\u00df mit Farmville und co haben:<\/p>\n

„Farmville“ habe aktuell rund 51 Mio. Nutzer im Monat, das \u00e4hnlich angelegte „Cityville“ rund 96 Millionen, schrieb das „Wall Street Journal“ unter Berufung auf den Statistik-Dienst AppData. Insgesamt komme Zynga auf 275 Mio. Spieler im Monat.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
