Die Plattform Goodreads\u00a0<\/a>dreht sich vollkommen um das Lesen von B\u00fcchern und erlaubt es den Nutzern unter anderem sich mit anderen Fans diese T\u00e4tigkeit auszutauschen oder B\u00fccher zu bewerten. Ein Teil des Angebots dieser Plattform besteht aus den j\u00e4hrlichen Goodreads Choice Awards, die im Grunde herausfinden sollen, welche B\u00fccher aus einem jeweiligen Jahr laut den Nutzern eigentlich am besten sind. Diese Preisverleihung besteht dabei dann aus 17 Kategorien, dessen Sieger vor einigen Tagen offiziell enth\u00fcllt wurden.<\/p>\n
Das Ganze ist meiner Meinung nach immer eine gute Chance daf\u00fcr, um auf das vergangene Jahr zur\u00fcckzublicken und m\u00f6glicherweise verpasste B\u00fccher ausfindig zu machen. Zumindest habe ich in den letzten Jahren das eine oder andere gute Buch gefunden, welches ich ansonsten verpasst h\u00e4tte. Dadurch werfe ich sogar einen Blick auf die Genres, die mir normalerweise nicht unbedingt gefallen. Die besten B\u00fccher aus unpassenden Kategorien sind schlie\u00dflich noch immer sehr oft gelobte Werke.<\/p>\n
Von den Siegern im Jahr 2021 habe ich selbst bisher nur Project Hail Mary\/ Der Astronaut von Andy Weir<\/a> gelesen. Ich kann voll und ganz nachvollziehen, warum dieses Werk in der Kategorie Science Fiction auf dem ersten Platz gelandet ist. Das Buch verbindet eine gute Geschichte mit verst\u00e4ndlichen wissenschaftlichen Erkl\u00e4rungen und Elementen einer Buddy-Cop-Story. Das Ganze ist eine durchaus kreative Mischung, die meiner Meinung nach auch \u00e4u\u00dferst gelungen geschrieben ist. Wer Science Fiction mag, der sollte sich dieses Buch auf jeden Fall durchlesen.<\/p>\n
Best Fiction:<\/span> Beautiful World, Where Are You<\/a><\/h2>\n
