(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/news\/activision-blizzard-to-release-fourth-quarter-2021-financial-results-on-february-325828\">via<\/a>)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Activision Blizzard verk\u00fcndete gestern Abend unter anderem, dass sie am 03. Februar 2022 ihr Update zu den Gewinnen der Firma im vierten Quartal 2021 ver\u00f6ffentlichen m\u00f6chten. Unter normalen Umst\u00e4nden w\u00fcrde solch ein Quartalsbericht von einem <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Earnings<\/span> Call begleitet werden, der Aktion\u00e4re, Fans und die Presse mit weiteren Informationen zu dem Unternehmen versorgen soll. Scheinbar wird solch ein Event f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Ank\u00fcndigung dieser Art aber komplett wegfallen.<\/p>\n<p>Als Grund daf\u00fcr nannte Activision Blizzard die anstehende \u00dcbernahme der Firma durch Microsoft. Dieser vermutlich sp\u00e4testens bis zum Juli 2023 abgeschlossene Kauf hat gro\u00dfe Auswirkungen auf Activision Blizzard, weshalb man aktuell nur schwer \u00fcber die Zukunft der Firma reden kann. In solch einer Situation ist es wohl scheinbar die Norm auf einen normalen Conference Call zu verzichten und nur Informationen bez\u00fcglich der reinen Zahlen zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Es wird dieses Mal also keine Grafiken oder Pr\u00e4sentationen geben, die die Zahlen weiter aufbrechen oder auf die Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Monate eingehen.<\/p>\n<p>Solch eine Ank\u00fcndigung ist f\u00fcr das vierte Quartal 2021 schon ein wenig \u00e4rgerlich. Die letzten Monate waren eine sehr problematische Zeit f\u00fcr die Firma und das vierte Quartal h\u00e4tte eigentlich zeigen sollen, wie sich das Ganze auf die Spielerzahlen und Gewinne des Unternehmens ausgewirkt hat. Die laufende Klage, das Fehlen von gr\u00f6\u00dferen Spielen, die Verschiebung von <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Overwatch<\/span> 2 und <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Diablo<\/span> 4 und die Sache mit <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Jen<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Oneal<\/span> sind alles Punkte, die sich eigentlich sehr negativ auf die Leistung der Firma auswirken m\u00fcssten. Viele Fans hatten gehofft, dass sich der anstehende <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Earnings<\/span> Call mit diesem Thema befasst und tats\u00e4chlich negative Auswirkungen dieser problematischen Situation zeigt. Schlie\u00dflich w\u00fcrden solche Zahlen vermutlich sogar zu den ansonsten sehr sturen Managern etc. durchdringen. Hoffentlich lassen die reinen Zahlen der Firma trotzdem die eine oder andere interessante Information erkennen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #00c0ff\">Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) intends to release its fourth quarter 2021 results after the close of the market on Thursday, February 3, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00c0ff\">As announced on January 18, 2022, Microsoft plans to acquire Activision Blizzard for $95.00 per share, in an all-cash transaction valued at $68.7 billion, inclusive of Activision Blizzard&#8217;s net cash. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and completion of regulatory review and Activision Blizzard&#8217;s stockholder approval.
