Darin wird berichtet, dass der Wert der Funcom-Aktien nach dem Release des Spiels um 60% gesunken ist. Au\u00dferdem wird der Support von Funcom kritisiert, angeblich wurden vielen Leuten auch nach der K\u00fcndigung noch Geld abgebucht, bzw. nach einer Beschwerde im Forum der entsprechende Account gebanned. Abschlie\u00dfend wird eine X-Fire Statistik pr\u00e4sentiert, aus der hervorgeht, dass die Aktivit\u00e4t an Spielern im letzten Monat von 75.000 auf 25.000 gesunken ist.<\/p>\n<p>Interessant ist auch folgender Auszug:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>* Funcom is already working on a new MMO using the AoC engine<br \/>\n* Funcom released inflated subscription and sales numbers to the press<br \/>\n* Funcom is allowing billing to continue past account cancellation<br \/>\n* Funcom squelches any dissent in its official forums<\/p>\n<p>The strategy at this point is clear: Funcom is finally starting to realize they completely dropped the ball on this game, and they are cutting their losses.
