Ich kann den Hype ums Pulled Pork nicht verstehen, hab das jetzt aus mehreren Quellen probiert… für mich is das einfach nur total überwürztes Fleisch, wenn mans dann noch mit der BBQ Sauce mischt haste gar nix mehr vom eigentlichen Fleischgeschmack.
Da find ich das klassische Grillen doch um Welten besser.
