Reinkarnation geht meines Wissens vom Augenblick der Geburt aus, nicht der Zeugung. Manche Kulturen glauben/glaubten auch das ungeborene Kinder noch keine Seele bzw. was immer in deren Glaube dafür durchgeht haben, und dementsprechend für Besessenheit und ähnliche Dinge anfällig sind.
